The War Office stipulated set patterns for military equipment, and that included rifle-mounting clips for military bicycles. However, specifications varied over a period of time and, these days, it’s not easy to find original sets. Luckily they are not too difficult to re-manufacture. On this page you can see various styles of original rifle clips (including a civilian set from the 1908 Brooks catalogue), as well as a set we’ve made ourselves (still waiting for old-style nuts and bolts to be fitted to it).
